[Resolved] Sun Direct — About service and channels | |
Hi team Yesterday i have recharged for three months and my card no is — [protected] after recharge am not getting any channel, first scrambled signal & no signal. I called many times to customer care they is no proper response, simply they say we send technician and it takes 48 hours. One thing i could not understand after recharge only this happened., now i understand how this channel. Kindly can you provide the management escalation email or shall i go head further about this incident about the customer service.
