[Resolved] Sun Direct — abruptly terminated the service before validity & rude behavior | |||||
Subscribing sun direct tv hd service for a long time. On 21st oct'18 re-charged the subscription for 3 months. On 5th jan'18 abruptly they terminated the service & saying subscription is over! When call center is called, all the call executives i spoke are very rude, rash & in great hurry. No professional behavior. Didn't even listen to the problem correctly. One guy (Rahul?) even said, money would have been returned back! What a joke! When i asked them to connect to their senior, they abruptly disconnected the call. Managed to raise a case sr[protected]. They agreed that in their system they goofed up in entering the correct validity date. Firstly they said it takes 24 hours to rectify their own mistake. On 6th jan'18 - it wasn't done. When i called back again & managed to get to a senior call-center guy, he said it takes 48hours, just like that. He was admant & wasn't talking like a customer executive at all. Overall sun direct tv call center experience is horrible! Best avoid their service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
