[Resolved] Sun Direct — after subscription many of the channel are not coming especially hd channels | |||
Card number : [protected]R Name : Gopi We have subscribed for an HD pack that amounts Rs.460 in the month of March. The pack was normal for few days after which many channels are not coming for many days in particular HD channels. The service provided is entirely different from what was subscribed. Sun direct's customer service is too bad and not up to the mark. None of the customer care numbers given by you is active. We are very much disappointed and unsatisfied with your service. We have recommended sun direct for our neighborhoods and now they turn up their faces due to your bad service and so we hesitate to recommend sun direct for our neighborhoods since its highly troublesome.
