I am Jaimie from Thengana, Kottayam, Kerala, India. I started using sun direct since 18-03-13. There had been no problems for three years. But now I cannot see anything. It is just showing no signal always. I called the customer 4-5 times. They just pick up the phone. But no response. No technician came. Please solve my problem. My smart card number is[protected]. Kindly solve my problem.
