[Resolved] Sun Direct — amount deducted and activation not happening | |||
My Smart Card Number is [protected] and my mobile number is [[protected]]. Actually I was recharged with Rs 212 on 7th June 2019 through Sundirect website with UPI (Googlepay). But Still I did not get the activation of my account and amount got deducted from my bank. Called multiple times to customer care to convey same thing with transaction id. When I called to customer care they were created complaints behalf of me and these are the complaint ids (SR[protected], SR[protected], SR[protected] and SR[protected]. I got the same response from SUNDIRECT through text message and it contains "your complaint [number] is resolved as AMOUNT NOT CREDITED to your satisfaction." for all above complaints.
