Hi, I have recharged via your official website for 1000 rupees on 13th March 2022. The amount got deducted from my account but the Transaction status is failed. 47338128 is the transaction Id. Registered smart card number is [protected]. Your 24x7 and other helpline numbers are not working. Help me get my refund. Thank you!
