[Resolved] Sun Direct — Amount deducted in my account but not sun direct recharge

I recharged my Sun direct account 2 times. 1st time recharge it's says something went wrong. And I do second time recharge the recharge was successful. but amount was deducted 2 times. 1st time recharge takes the amount but it's showing something went wrong and amount also not refunded pls help me.
