[Resolved] Sun Direct — arrogant customer service | |||
Dear sod, Today i had to visit sun direct service office at kodungallur. My set up box was not showing signal from today morning. I enquired about the issue and the staff there, ms mimisha, was so arrogant and misbehaving. She was insisting me to buy a new setup box and was no caring about checking the issue with my box. I was not ready to buy a new set up box. Finaly she gave me a used set up box and charged me 300. Kindly avoid such stupid staffs in service centre. Please look into the issue.
