[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Asianet and zee keralam not viewing

Sun direct smart card no. [[protected]] Sujith. Asianet is not viewable in my Set top box. Sun direct customer service representative suggested replacement of Set top box But not yet replaced. Without viewing Asianet I am paying for it( last month recharge also waste). Sun direct is only responsible for it . Otherwise they have to refund the money. Steps may kindly be taken to resolve the problem

Nothing clarified, they asking me after 6month😅, I already throw the waste in “waste bin”😏, they eaten my 3month recharge amount, tye old STB can’t receive the new singles’ ok I agreed then you have to give the new STB for free know! Because i purchased the STB with my own money, now the problem is not from my side, the money I spend to purchase hasn’t value? After all i ok (ready to pay) with the company but the technician contacted and ask me such a foolish questions “which type is your road, antenna is in roof or floor, your road haves gutter 😂, how much long from main road to house, if the signal is cut then it wil be charged extra ( the charge for STB only for delivery and connecting to the cable 🤣), and he shouted to my wife “why you are touch the antenna 🥺” so I said cancel my order by by, now i happy with other dth company with true quality, clarity
