Sun Direct — Bad quality setup box | |||
Dear sir/madam, My smart card no. Is [protected]r. Last one year i used to change the sun direct setup box every three months or four months even 20 days as well, nearly three times with payment for setup box rs.350 and two more times of payment of rs.150 for the past one year as per customer care requested. Even though they are not providing good quality setup box. I lost subscription money and waste of time to spend this only but no good service at all. Recently last month 25th july 2016, i raised the complaint through customer care and i got replacement box with rs.350. Today 16th august 2016 its not working. I am completely fed up. What kind service provided by sun direct...?. Very much draw back is customer care. They are given false promise and again they asked me sorry for the false promise. Its a funny kind of customer spoken to me. I just spoke this afternoon 1.30 pm with one of customer care name is mahendran.
