Sun Direct — bad reception

I would like to complaint that some of the channels in my sun direct have very bad reception. Even paid channels like HBO have very bad reception some of the Tamil channels stopped working.Sundierect is supposed to be the best DTH in the south but unfortunately it turns out that it is not . I would like the problem to be rectified. didn't expect this from sundirect.DisapPointed
