[Resolved] Sun Direct — basic monthly subscription package of their choice was activated by default with the balance available | |||
Hi, This is shekar sangam, sun direct hd no. [protected] @ dockyard road, mumbai-400010. My basic monthly packge was telugu basic subscription package. After completion of my existing package, basic tamil pack with an amount of rs.230/- per month was activated without my consent, quoting that my existing package was not available. I was trying to reach out to their call centre for the last two days but could not connect / speak to the executive once. There is no provision for changing the basic pack, online either.
