Hi sir, I have been using sundirect from many days calling customer care from many times but not getting response. Also emailed trai ccing sundirect then also no proper response from sundirect. As per trai rule customer has every choice to select his channel but where as in sundirect the dth operator is selecting the channel he wants to give. Sundirect is not giving the chance to the customer to select his customer which is against the trai rules in this forum only we can see many complaints on this. Free to air channels 99%tv, bharattoday, prime9news are not available in sundirect platform to choose Was this information helpful? | |

I Recharged sun direct( monthly premium rs 219/-) on 13/3/2020- 6 pm but not yet activated .kindly restore the service immediately
