If the current package date has ended and then when i try to recharge for new package it always gets recharged as top up for the current package with out any warning message. I was under impression that i have changed my package, after 2 incidents i have realized that some thing is wrong in the billing. I called the customer care about the issue, then they were saying before changing the package i have to call customer care and to change the package and then only i can recharge for the new package from online.in that case why they have given option to choose different package from online to the customer? Atleast there is no warning message while selecting new package.
