[Resolved] Sun Direct — Chanels are getting freeze | |
I have raised a complaint regarding Chanel freeze for my connection (Complaint number- SR[protected]unfortunately the team has called me and discussing about the payment. I have got a confirmation from call centers that they will send technician and rectify the issue. I’m a very old customer and I have 2 connections under mobile number [protected]. The customer service for sin direct very poor more over the technicians are very attitude and arrogant. I need a quick resolution for this issue, if not I’m going to take this as serious matter and will file a complaint in consumer court at the earliest. Expecting a faster and wonderful support from sun direct Thank you
