The sundirect service provider has changed my base pack Due to TRAI regulations my base pack has been changed without any prior information so please change my base pack to HD Telugu DPO Pack 1 from the existing one which i have attached at the bottom of this page.plz kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible. I have been recharged our package. there r so much problem of signal &intruption pl.contineu it with any disturbance.
