Verified Support Mar 21, 2018 Sun Direct Customer Care's response We try to contact the customer but he is not picking the call so request the customer to provide us the alternate contact number for resolution.

I had made the payment on 30.03.2017. for RS 1750
Same day I made a payment for old sundirect no. [protected] made the payment on 30.03.2017 for RS 1750 . This sundirect no. From last year march 2017 I am not using this set of box.
Pls. Retify the problem

Worst customer support call center i have ever seen...
Unprofessional and Unethical executives...
Have no idea about call center process and terms...

Their call center spoils the brand name trademark...

I suggest Sun group please close the call center immediately because it increase consumers frustration more...
