Sun Direct — Channel is getting totally hang | |||||
Hi sir/ madam As i had registered a complaint to sundirect customer care 2 -3 times(kerala) issue regarding channel is getting totally hang/freeze till yet they had not provided me any response from their side.The person who had handeled my issue not responded properly his name is Deepu and he told me that he is the Team leader for that particular process he is asking me to contact some other state to resolve the issue.I would like to request you to provide me the service ASAP.
