[Resolved] Sun Direct — channels not coming, bad customer care | |||
My smart card no: [protected]. Very bad customer care. I am calling customer care from friday 8th march 2019. No response. No response from nodal officers also. I get one response from online chat from the sun direct site. They have taken my smart card no and said me it will be solved within 3 hrs. After that 14 hrs has been passed no connection. Even customer care, online chat nothing is working. If this is the case happen every time i will do a facebook campaign against it. Was this information helpful? | |||
