[Resolved] Sun Direct — channels not getting telecasted | |||
Hi my name is murali, i have recharged my sun dth plan on 17th november for 6 months (1600) and my package suppose to complete on 12.05.2019 but without any prior information some of the channels are not getting telecasted, when i called customer care, they are not giving proper answer and they are saying we cant do anything... Its coz of troi.. So i want all channels to be telecasted or i want refund amount. Was this information helpful? | |||

I recharged 198 rs for tamil basic pack. But bengali base pack got activated. I need to change to tamil pack or i need to add tamil sun networks. . Even customer care number is not reachable. . Kindly support at the earliest. Smart card no. [protected]
