Sun Direct — Cheap Game play by Sun Direct people | |||||
I have made the payment of Rs. 2300/- for 6 months (383/- per month) validity on 10th Feb 2017 which should be valid till 10th August 2017. But it is showing here as 11th July 2017 with 221.76 available balance. I tired contacting customer care service one person disconnected without proper response. Another person tried to convince me by saying something that the payment was made on monthly basis so the validity got reduced, when i asked who made monthly payment, 2300/- per month i made payment? then he said he will raise a complaint and send me the complaint registered number to my registered mobile number, but i haven't received anything yet. If this is all a game play or not going to resolved with next 24hours i wish to withdraw the service from Sundirect and switch to other service provider.
