[Resolved] Sun Direct — cheated to customer by distributor given old connection instead of new conn card no.[protected] | |||
This is thallam raja i am working at dhanlaxmi bank, recently i got transferred from rajampet to tirupathi i have taken new sun director connection on 13.06.2018 at tirumala enterprises, rc road,. Tirupathi, the dealer has given old connection instead of new connection, which was there in some other name activated on 2015 and not in with my name this entair activity has run through phone only, i didn't visit his office i didn't take invoice, now asking invoice, he told that you didn't take connection with me, dealer number [protected] and dealer sent technician number [protected]. They cheated me and they done fraud. Request you to kindly help on the same arrange this connection with my name or new connection with my name. Please help on the same.
