[Resolved] Sun Direct — Cheating customers on the name of recharges

I have recharged through sundirect app. Amount got debited from my account and credited to sundirect account. When I call the customercare they dont even bother about it and simply saying you have not recharged. I have provided transaction code also. Customercare people simply open some complaints and send false messages that your complaint has been resolved without resolving anything and they are showing rude behaviour through call. They have chance to check my transaction with the transaction ID i have provided however they are simply saying i haven't recharged without even checking it.
