[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Closure of complaint without resolving the complaint

Dear Sir,
I have registered a complaint on 05/09/2021 thro customer care phone number. My complaint Register No is SR[protected].The cutomer care person told that Rs.175 will be charged for attending the complaint and if any parts found defective will be charged extra. But I asked him him that providing proper signal strength and picture quality should be your responsibility because my TV is working properly otherwise. Then he said he will forward the complaint and they will talk further Subsequently I received a message that an engineer Jothiraj.R has been assigned to attend the complaint. on Monday i.e.06/09/21 i received a phone call around 1215 PM and he asked about the problem and then was asking for whether i am told about the charges. I told the same as i told the customer care executive. Then he said he will talk to his office and come back again. Where as I got a message around 1640 hrs saying that my complaint is resolved as resolved over phone to my satisfaction. When i Checked in customer care website against the complaint number it shows Closed.
I was back from my office and switched on my TV and found no signal. I am really upset with the way your service engineer and customer care executive who have closed the complaint without resolving the problem and explaining about why the complaint was not attended. Also before registering the complaint i had few channels picture was breaking and many channels were working. But after complaining no signal is coming. This makes me more upset.
Hope you understand the problem and expecting proper explanation and solution to my complaint.
