[Resolved] Sun Direct — complain about free subscription channels | |||
I have been recharging for rs.300 change plan (I. E., telugu bpo plan). And i am trying to recharge for free channels like zee telugu and ntv and other. Nd i came to know that these are free and no need to pay by a customer care representative of sun direct call center guy. And he activated for one month. After the next month free subscription channels had automatically disconnected even after recharging. And tried to reach sun direct customer care but the lines are not getting connected. My question is when u guys are informing it is free y wont you add them automatically when a customer recharge his plan. Please find the number to contact [protected].
