We are writing to express our displeasure with your help not provided to us even after calling your call center several times yesterday 16/01/2017.First of all, we were kept on hold for more than 1 hrs and our issue is not solved. We are unable to watch any programs.We tried to take help from your customer care and they does not seem to understand.
