We have complaint about our channel problem so many times and they are only saying technician will come today, tommorrowand no one is coming and it's been 1 and half months. And wasting our money and I asked for money back and they are saying I won't give you money back do it whatever you want to do it.customer representative didn't have respect for senior citizen and keep harassing me from 1 and half months.
