[Resolved] Sun Direct — complaint | |||
I have recharged for basic pack as well as few other channels but I am not getting all the channels for which I have paid like star plus and all. I am not even able to connect to the customer care also. Last month also I paid for few additional channels from which I didnt get one of the channel. Somehow I got to speak to one of the person from customer care who couldn't rrsolve this issue. Please take my complaint into consideration and do the needful as soon as possible.
