Sun Direct — Customer care based cheating | |||||
I had recharged the sun direct DTH service with a offer named 3+3 (recharge for 3 months and get 3 months free ) in Malayalam basic pack. Since the recharge amount is not available in the on-line recharge facility provided in the sun direct website, I was directed to recharge with the higher amount by the customer care executive (on 14/04/2016). After three months my connection was disconnected and I loss the remaining 3 months. By contacting the customer care they are saying that "it is necessary to recharge with the same amount for special offers, otherwise you have to contact the customer care". They are hiding the mistake done by the customer care executive and saying that "you can go to consumer court if you have any complaints against us and prove that it our technical mistake". Since I don't have any proof of documents to show that I was directed to recharge with the higher amount by the customer care executive ( it is just an oral information ) I am help less to take action. The sun direct cheating the public by giving unbelievable offers and take it back by finding mistake with the customer. I am not looking to get my money back, but to save the public from these kind of digital cheating. I had done the recharge in the festival season "Vishu", now the next festival season "Onam" is coming, they will be planning more ideas to cheat the customer with latest offer.
