1. Complaint . Past two today's I am trying to contact customer care number 1.[protected] 2.[protected] 3.[protected] 4.[protected] For daillng 4 no's no use, , No number not reachable.? Like me, how many customers traing to contact customer care. For doing customer service only. 2. I have paid for advanced six months package. Then also you removed some chennal like "z Tamil". I don't no why?. Z Tamil chennal is feverat chennal for my mother. Only my mother watching TV. As mentioned above the zee kannada tv is not comming in our sun direct subcrption

My card no.[protected] and my balance is valid up to august. However, I could not watch my TV from this morning. All channels showing this remark "E16-4 service is currently scrambled". Kindly check the same and telecast the channels as per the package schedule. An early action is requested in this connection.
