[Resolved] Sun Direct — customer care people talk ignorant even after recharging multiple time

Even after recharging multiple times there are no channels coming
When i talk to customer care they ignorantly tell it will come after 2 hours and disconnect the call even after calling multiple times they are not bothered to resolve
Strict action has to be taken on these people and refund all my amount
Since 2 months it is the same
Its been 2 months tv is not working

Attached below the screenshot
They say they provide zee kannada hd channel and 25rs has been charged also can find the channel in the list of the package but when called to customer care they talk so rude and say there is no zee kannada hd channel
Please take strict action on this big fraud
