[Resolved] Sun Direct — Deactivation | |||
good morning, This is Naresh Kumar Reddy from Hyderabad, My Sun Direct card no is [protected] . To this smart card i have recharged Rs 185 /- on 20/06/2014 . But has not activated, i have called to the costumer care and made my connection activated, it cost me Rs 10 /- when i called to the costumer care it's fine, But with in 24 hrs again they have deactivated why . Once again i have called to the costumer care but there is no use . still i have not activated why . due to this i lost Rs 25 /- . This is not fair, totaly Rs 35/- i have lost from my mobile and the service is also very varest . Totaly i have lost Rs 185/- + Rs 35/- from u r company service . please i am requesting you sir activate my smart card and can i call me at once to my phone .
