Sun Direct — debited amount not paid and re credited after completion of one week of the transaction | |||
i have paid Rs 2300 for SUN Direct recharge on 9.3.14 to sun tv company through Net banking. Transaction no CCABC2AWG[protected][protected]@81. the amount also debited on the same date from my account. To day ( 16.3.14) it self the amount has not been sent to SUN TV company and the amount was not re credited in my account. Today( 16.3.14) also SUN TV company send the message like reminds the recharge my account( the last date for topup date is 23.3.14).i request to you refer the above complaint status and credited in my account the amount which debited on 9.3.14.
