Dear sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that in my smart card number r[protected] some of my favourite news channels like india tv, abp news are not getting telecast. I have been trying to get in touch with sun direct customer care executive in their call centre number given. This phone number is just receiving my call after that transferring to customer care executives but, instead of any one coming on line, just listening music for lengthy minutes.

You are requested to investigate the matter and advise them to contact me on my cell no.[protected].

Moreover, since my 9 years of associations with sun tv, i never found this type of attitude/approach. Kindly advise them to properly attend your long associated customers.
