[Resolved] Sun Direct — disconnection - smart card no.[protected] | |||
Sir, Connection in respect of my smart card no.[protected] was to expire on 8.1.2019 when a sum of rs.132/- was in credit to my account. On 10.1.2019 morning my connection has been disconnected. As a matter of business ethic and fact, it should not have happen when credit balance in my account was there. Now i wish to know as to how to use credit balance amount available in my account? There is no facility to recharge after deducting the credit balance amount and that the said credit amount has to be refunded to me.
