[Resolved] Sun Direct — dth channels got missed/ no help/ trying to make money by making | |||
Sun direct service most of the channels got missed due to signal not coming or going under searching mode. Called call and provided the error code 48-32/ 52-32, they have give procedure for correction (Manual searching mode), the issue not got resolved and conveyed, the customer care person conveyed that rs150 required for sending technician. The problem of sundirect on signal issue, how customer bears the amount? Futher servicenot available from[protected], the sundirect is not caring the customer/ simply asking money.
