My uncle using ( Maria Arockiam ) Sun Direct DTH More then one Year, Sumart Card Number [protected], We are Recharge Last Year October 2013 amount 1600, Package Validity Period but data Validity closed 15-aug-2014, We Contact Sun Direct Customer care They told You are activate Jaya Max and Isaiaruvi, but We are not activate Without our knowledge they displayed Jaya max and Isaiaruvi Channels Now Customer Executive told your Package End Now kindly Recharge . They are given conformation This is one year package Plan after one year only you have to recharge but now without our Knowledge they activate two channels and told active now validity End .This is customer chitting, Kindly Revert Against My complaint.
