[Resolved] Sun Direct DTH — Deactivation of account [protected] after paying premium of 3200 for a year. | |||
Due date for account activation - 27th July 2014 Recharged on - 23rd of July for whole year. Premium of 3200 paid for whole year. Connection deactivated without prior information. When contacted more then 20 times, no action taken by Sun Direct officers to fix the issue. They have clearly mentioned money paid in advance will NOT BE REFUNDED which we have paid for the WHOLE YEAR. Due to this complete disappointment of service provided and forfeiture of premium (3200), I would like to raise this as a consumer grievance with an expectation of early resolution. Please note an email was also sent to Nodal officer Rajiv Varma on 13th August 2014 highlighting all the issues. However had no response from him as well.
