Sun Direct DTH — False offer through the message

I am the costumer of Sun Direct DTH.on 3rd Jun, I got a message from Sun direct DTH to recharge my sun direct account with Rs 525 will get cinema+spots pack in 3 months. So I believed that message and recharged with 525. But I did not get spots pack, when I call to SunDTH customer care customer agent is telling they are offered only basic sports pack. But there was no mentioning about basic pack it in that message. I have already getting these sports basic pack with out this offer. I felt they are simply cheating their costumer.
