[Resolved] Sun Direct DTH — Freezing of channels and e-118 can't view channel | |||
Name ajay banik, smart card no. [protected]r. I am complaining to the customer care since 8 months together as i am unable to view the channels as it gets up freezes and it stops signals and again starts up with the logo of sun direct etc. Within span of five minutes this happens i had asked them the problem they said to change the set top box i said ok charge is rs. 350/- i agreed but till nothing has been heard. Secondly on 08/12/2016 i again complaint about e-118 can't view 5 channels but they turned deaf ears. Please solve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jan 16, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I am very sorry to say that neither they have called me nor they have mailed me any message till date. I have paid the annual subscription up till June 2017 over and above my Rs. 354/- is lying in their account. Sun Direct customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
