Sun Direct DTH — Improper service from sun direct, inspite of registering the complaint many times | |||
REMINDER 2 Yet after registering complain on 17/07/2014 we haven’t received any services from your side nor a reply for the previous mail. Still we are continuously calling the customer care and the same reply we are getting each time. But still our problem is not resolved. This is the limit that we are paying and still we are not getting proper services, nor able to watch the television. Every time the customer care fellow says that “WE ARE SENDING THE TECHNICAL PERSON TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM; HUM APKI SAHYATA KARTE HAIN” but where is the technical person? Does it take so long to send a technical person? And what type of sahyata are you giving us? Is the trouble you are giving us known as sahyata in your dictionary? If you are not able to provide proper service to the customer then close your so called company and also compensate us for your improper services. We are going to register a complaint in consumer court against your improper services in next 24 hrs and we mean it.
