Sun Direct DTH — No Signal Found issue | |||
I had got installed Sun Direct DTH Service last year and my smart card number is [protected]. I have been facing a lot of Signal issues lately. I first received the issue on 22nd Feb. I registered a complaint (1-[protected]) and the technician arrived the next day and got the issue fixed. I was a receiving a No Signal Error on my television screen. However, after the first technician visit this has somehow become some type of a routine. I received the error again a week later. I registered my complaint again (1-[protected]) on 8th Mar. The technician paid a visit next day and again corrected the issue. However, I received the same error message again on my television screen two days later i.e. on 11th Mar (1-[protected]). We are supposed to pay Rs.150/- as per the company policy for each visit by the technician. It seems unfair on us that we are not given a quality service as I am facing the issue again and again. I have tried to contact the nodal officer in Delhi but it's been now 5 days without any service. Regards, Sherin Was this information helpful? | |||
