Complaint No. 1-[protected] dt 17 Dec 2014. The company through their call centre is treating the consumer very badly. Eg after registering complaint some one claiming to be from their service centre informs that the technician is visiting to attend to the complaint and at the end of the day no technician comes. Every time the call centre officials and the nodal officer's office give assurance that complaint will be attended the day on which the call was made but nothing happens thereafter. I have already paid for the services and the company is denying the services.
It appears that this is cheating the customer after collecting money from him. Was this information helpful? |
