My card no.[protected][protected], [protected]) signal not recd in DTH. Complaint made on 21-12-16. Even after reminder madeon 23-12-16 problem not attended. Both toll free no/[protected]. Nobody attends call in both nos. Call has been forwarded ends unattended. Just time waste for being contacting you. Will you increase day of validity for failure days?

Complaint No.[protected].12.16. No body attended / called till now (even after 24 hours of complaint).
On 9/12/16 on Purchased New Smart TV // Rs 1350 Paid and Setup box upgraded from normal to HD. But it is not working. Complaining pending since 09.12.16.

ता. 6/12/2016 को मैने कम्पलेइन की थी और तबसे लैके आज तक मे कइ बार कंपनीमें फोन कर चुका हुं और जबभी फोन करता तब बताते है के 24 घंटेमें टेक्नीशीयन आपके घर पे आ जायेगा लेकीन आज दीन तक ना तो टेक्नीशीयन का फोन आया ओर ना टेक्नीशीयन घर पे आया है ओर मेरा प्रोब्लेमभी सोल्व नही हुआ है । आज 20 दीन हो गये है लेकीन अभी तक स्टार प्लस ओर स्टार गोल्ड बंद है ।
