Sun Direct DTH — Not getting channels

I am a sundirect dth customer for the past 5 years.I didnt get the channels for the past 5 days, i made complaint on 21/05/2016 they promised complaint will rectify within 24 hrs complaint did not rectified after several follow up done but no action. so kindly make arrangement for refund or extending service days
