[Resolved]  Sun Direct DTH — Not working set top box

I am a customer of sun direct since last 3 or 4 years. My account number is [protected] which is named on inderpal singh. In the first 6 months your set box was replaced by the company & a old repaired set box was given to me with words that your original set box shall be given back to you after repaired but it was not done.In the month of march that set box was also creating problem & company technician replaced with another repaired set box with amount of rs. 500. Now the set box was again creating problem the company technician said we will replace the set box free of cost. A call was received by i.E. Mr anil from sec 32 d chandigarh. He said i will replace the set box by hand when i send him by set top box. Now he said he will replace the set top box on 16.08.2013 . I request him that my account has already recharged with monthly package. The recharge is going to expire day by day. I request you to kindly look into the matter why your company set top box creating much problem. Kindly replace set top box as early as possible with fresh set top box that's why a customer should not face these type of problems again & again.

I AM A CUSTOMER OF SUN DIRECT SINCE LAST 3 OR 4 YEARS. MY ACCOUNT NUMBER IS [protected] WHICH IS NAMED ON INDERPAL SINGH. IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS YOUR SET BOX WAS REPLACED BY THE COMPANY & A OLD REPAIRED SET BOX WAS GIVEN TO ME WITH WORDS THAT YOUR ORIGINAL SET BOX SHALL BE GIVEN BACK TO YOU AFTER REPAIRED BUT IT WAS NOT DONE.IN THE MONTH OF MARCH THAT SET BOX WAS ALSO CREATING PROBLEM & COMPANY TECHNICIAN REPLACED WITH ANOTHER REPAIRED SET BOX WITH AMOUNT OF RS. 500. NOW THE SET BOX WAS AGAIN CREATING PROBLEM THE COMPANY TECHNICIAN SAID WE WILL REPLACE THE SET BOX FREE OF COST. A CALL WAS RECEIVED BY I.E. MR ANIL FROM SEC 32 D CHANDIGARH. HE SAID I WILL REPLACE THE SET BOX BY HAND WHEN I SEND HIM BY SET TOP BOX. NOW HE REPLACED THE SET TOP BOX ON 16.08.2013 . NOW THE PROBLEM HAS AGAIN OCCURED. TECHNICIAN CHECK SAID THERE IS A PROBLEN IN SET TOP BOX. KINDLY REPLACE MY SET TOP BOX FREE OF COST AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE WITH FRESH SET TOP BOX THAT'S WHY A CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT FACE THESE TYPE OF PROBLEMS AGAIN & AGAIN.
