Sun Direct — DTH recharge failed but amount deducted from the account

I recharged my DTH on 3rd April 2023, evening around 8:25 pm for the monthly plan ₹304.57. Tamil Premium

The amount has been deducted from my account, but the recharge status is showing as failed. I have done this transaction through google pay. Transaction reference no: 62838337. Your phone call support is not responding. Please refund my payment and confirm me. Smart Card No: [protected]
