[Resolved] Sun Direct — dth service- validity issues | |||
I started my new sun direct dth connection with annual (12 month pack) subscription from past January 2019 with detailed Enquiry and conformation. The pack validity is from January 2019 - January 2020 (what I received from service provider message)but they changed my validity to eight months and also stop some channel's too without prior intimation .if they give service for eight month only means, why not they refund my four month subscription charges ? Trai must regulate and fix those issues and provide suitable guidance to all services providers .save consumer basic rights and our esteemed money .hope my complaints resolve! We are from andhra Pradesh, west godavari, nidadavole we have done a recharge but channel are not streaming on and please send technical support to resolve this issue

It's been 4 days since my sundirect connection has been disconnected and I got it recharged but it's been 4 days it's not working I am trying to reach customer service they r not at all picking the calls. It's very disappointing even after reaching I am not able to watch my channels. I hope it will be resolved at d earliest.
