[Resolved] Sun Direct — e-16-4 services are currently scrambled | |
I have my plan subscription till 1.04.2019. So, i recharged my smart card of sun direct with renewal of another 6 months after that also my services are not being descrambled. My global services are scrambled but my internal smart card services are descrambled. After changing my base plan to rs.194.41 also till now i have not received my services. On contacting the customer care also there is no response. Please ensure me that my renewal amount are refunded and give me a reply soon Was this information helpful? | |
