[Resolved] Sun Direct — e-16-4 services are currently scrambled

S Sun direct Consumer

I have my plan subscription till 1.04.2019. So, i recharged my smart card of sun direct with renewal of another 6 months after that also my services are not being descrambled. My global services are scrambled but my internal smart card services are descrambled. After changing my base plan to rs.194.41 also till now i have not received my services. On contacting the customer care also there is no response. Please ensure me that my renewal amount are refunded and give me a reply soon Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Myself sun direct consumer CDSN [protected] (Mobile No.[protected] K.C. ARYA deposited Rs.900 on 19 Feb 2019 vide Transaction No..2038058 but no pack on my TV has been given...

Please make ROI DPO Pack 1 @ Rs.229/1 month on my this connection out of the deposited Rs.900...immediately.
