[Resolved] Sun Direct — E-162 Failed to Load IFCP image | |
In Last 6 months SUN direst settop box getting failed 3 times. Im not able to understand what quality equipment they are providing. This is the 3rd time Im facing set top box issue. We are recharging for definite days, due to this device issue we are losing so many days. They are not providing any grace period for such loss days. Why customer need to suffer due to non quality equipment. Logged a ticket with SUN direct awaiting for resolution. Complaint Number: SR[protected].
